what more could you ask for than a classic run that only takes an hour, with a perfect level for carving the wave at the takeout...it was absolutely perfect!
even the butt spuds could carve a little bit on this feature, which has two well formed shoulders
there were some wipeouts (but that's part of the learning curve)
there was a bit of confusion
certainly there was some learning, with a few people starting to understand the fun that the carving world opens up
and even one person making lots of great progress at getting on the wave and establishing a good surf at a tricky spot
